Introduction As any firm or organization, Al-Ahli bank is seeking for customers in order to make profit. To make profit the bank should earn customer trust.

Al-Ahli Commercial Bank
Al-Ahli Financial Group, is a large banking firm in Saudi Arabia. (1953) The National Commercial Bank (NCB) was established as Saudi Arabia’s first bank. Today, NCB has 264 branches in the Kingdom, as well as 1,180 ATMs.

Information Type Al-Ahli as a bank keeps a lot of private and confidential information Such as: bank accounts and amounts. pin numbers. phone numbers. ID information. Governmental contracts. Stock market information.

Organization information policy
These are the main policies that NCB use: Limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum. Authorize well trained employees to access customer information. Do not reveal customer information to any external organization. In order to provide better service or to address security hazards, they occasionally use a "cookie".

Conclusion The main concern of every customer is the privacy and Security. Al-Ahli Bank worked well in their Information Assurance Policy that gave them Customer Trust.

Recommendation In my point of view Al-Ahli bank are doing great job in keeping their information assured. Update on their system in a shorter time. Also they need to have a back up for their information system in case it crashed. keep their operating system updated to avoid any security holes.
