In the best situation, only 38% of big deals titles are essential Unbundling have been the result of some negociations, but its not our main target Our objectives : getting the best at the fair price Success came with communication Next steps : continue to communicate the issues to mobilise others Support open access initiatives Mobilization of internal partners (researchers, administrations, students, community) Mobilisation of other libraries (CRKN institutional mobilization toolkit) Collective pressure on publishers (JUP, etc.)
