Date: Friday, May 19, 2017
Transportation Provided By: Royal Carriages (HISD Vendor)
Transportation Type for Students & Teachers – Motorcoach
NOTE: Parent Chaperones will be requested if there are not enough
teacher chaperones. It will be on a first come first serve basis.

*Students will be provided with an AM Snack Bag during this travel time
11:15am – 2pm – LEISURE TIME
2pm – 2:45pm – Lunch in designated area
2:40pm-6:00pm – LEISURE TIME
6:00pm – 6:30pm – Begin loading
6:30pm – DEPARTURE TIME
6:30pm-10:00pm – TRAVEL TIME
*Students will be provided with a PM Snack Bag during this travel time
10:00pm – ARRIVAL TIME at BCMA

The following will DISQUALIFY a student from taking part in any and all end-of-year activities:
Getting more than 6 (week-day) detentions OR
Getting more than 2 (Saturday) detentions OR
Getting out-of-school suspension
