Team Life Skills: Delivery
Individual meetings (45-60 minutes) with each team 4 times each year. A four year rotation of programs ensures new content. Meetings are conducted on team turf. Programs are individually tailored to engage student athletes from very different “team cultures” and to meet identified team needs. Programs are didactic in process and involve practical application of the skills.
