How to Become a Member Microsite LBC Branch
Register online through our website, Customer can claim the card at any LBC Branch with any valid ID. LBC Branch Visit any LBC Branch, fill out an application form and provide any valid ID. Customer can claim the card immediately

Branch Registration Step 1:
Using the internet browser, type the website address. lbcplus.lbcexpress.com/backend LBC Plus log in screen will be displayed. Login using your assigned Username and Password.

Branch Registration Step 2: After logging in, user will be redirected
to the LBC Plus home page. Select “Customer” to create new customer record.

User will be redirected to Customer Page and to select “Register New Customer”.

information and click “Submit”. Personal Information Address Contact Information Employment Details Valid IDs Other Information LBC Plus card information (16 digit LBC Plus Card Number) Step 5: Click “OK” to confirm registration/creation of new Customer record.

Branch Registration Step 6: Confirmation “Success” will appear
on the upper left corner to confirm that new record was successfully saved and added.

After clicking Submit, user will be redirected to “Photo Capture”. A confirmation will be displayed once capture is successful. – Click the camera logo to take picture. User to capture photo of the Customer if available. Click “Proceed ID Capture” to capture photo of the ID.

Click camera logo to capture picture of the ID. User to capture photo of the ID if available.

Photo of the customer will be reflected in the system as well as the ID.

Searching and Viewing for Customer Record in LBC Plus
Step 1: Click on “Customers” button on the modules tab located on top of the page to go to the Customers List View page. User can search for new/existing customer record via the following: First Name Last Name LBC Plus Card Number Customer ID KYC Card Number

Step 2: Customer record will be pulled up. Click “Profile” button to view the profile of the customer.

Rewards Inquiry – Promos
Promo Tab will show the available Rewards (Stamps or Points) earned by the customer. Step 1: Click on Promos button beside the name of the user to view the list of promos and the number of stamps the user has collected for a certain promo.

Rewards Inquiry – Coupons
Step 1: Click View Coupons button beside the name of the user to view the list of Unredeemed, Redeemed and Expired coupons/rewards belonging to the user.

Rewards Inquiry – Spin Tickets and Cash Plus
Step 1: Click on the View Spin Tickets and Rebates button beside the name of the customer to view the Spin Tickets and Rebates earned by the customer.

Rewards Redemption Step 1: Click on the View Promos button beside the
name of the user to be viewed to go to the Customer's Promo page. Step 2: The Rewards page displays the Unredeemed, Redeemed and Expired rewards by the customer.

Step 3: On the unredeemed rewards, click on Gift Icon to redeem the reward. Step 4: Click OK to confirm action.

Step 5: “Success” message will appear confirming that reward has been redeemed. Reward will also be moved to the list of “Redeemed Rewards”.

Updating of LBC Plus Card
Step 1: Search customer record and click “Profile” User will be redirected to the Customer Page. Step 2: Click edit icon beside the LBC Plus Card Number.

Step 3: To update a user's card, enter the new card number and replacement reason and click 'Submit‘ a. Lost Card b. Stolen Card c. Tampered Card d. Damaged Card Note: Card replacement request is free of charge until further advice by Money Group. Step 4: Release card to the customer.

Customer Registration via LBC Plus Microsite and Mobile App
Customer can also register in the LBC Plus micro site. Address is: www. lbcplus.lbcexpress.com All customer who register via microsite and mobile app may visit any LBC branch to pick-up his/her LBC+ card. Customer must fill out an application form and submit a valid ID prior claiming the card.

Scenario: Customer walks into the branch and claim his/her LBC Plus Card. Branch Associate ask for a valid ID from the customer and pulls up customer record in LBC Plus.

3. Once customer record is found, ask customer to completely fill out and sign the application form. BA to check the completeness of the form, put the customer’s assigned LBC+ card number and the associates signature who handled the transaction.

4. Branch Associate to update the customer record and will assign an LBC Plus Card Number. Capture photo and valid ID of the customer if available. 5. Release the LBC Plus card to the customer and proceed to regular transaction.

Digital Rewards Stamps and Spin Tickets – Customers may
earn Stamps or Spin Ticket the more they transact with LBC. Customer may also earn additional Spin Tickets when they competed the following actions. One (1) Spin Ticket allows the customer to play three times (3x). *For prize redemption, please refer to the redemption slide.
