The module is based on continuous research by authors about entrepreneurial scientists of the universities. Around 300 cases are studied of various fields and in different regions. These cases are about social and economic impact originated from the academia. In 1999, established Hai Kang Life Corporation (HK-Life) to address highly demanded medical solutions. Developed rapid, portable, highly precise detection systems for diseases like Birds Flu, foot-and-mouth disease (FMD), Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) etc. World’s leading healthcare solution provider. A reclaimed neuroscientist, expert of infectious diseases and neurology at Peking University, Beijing, china aimed to work for better life quality of human kind and established a company named Hai Kang Life Corporation (HK-Life) in It was among first few biotech companies of China who worked on war footing grounds to address highly demanded medical solutions.
