The MX-SW310 “Job Accounting II” is Sharp’s Output Management solution for Sharp OSA enabled MFP’s Key Feature Set: Centralised “user access” Control of MFPs by user or by department Page Accounting of print, copy and scan activity Accurate reporting of all jobs performed MFP function & feature access control by user or by department Independent cost profiles for users or departments User credit control & limits Add-on option modules: Pull Printing = MX-SW311 option Client Billing = MX-SW312 option Developed by Sharp Europe Sharp Branded & fully supported Utilises the Latest Sharp OSA

Central administration via browser based administration tool Import users from Active directories or local database Lock out MFPs or users. Enable when problems are resolved Configure card-reader parameters from the application User self registration of cards / tokens Single sign on with other compatible OSA applications Access and security: Log on via the MFP front panel by: Proximity card or token (MX-SW310 local database or AD) Network login and password (AD) Username and pin or password (MX-SW310 local database) Restrict MFP access to authorised users only Central management of user access & permissions

MX-SW311 option adds secure “pull printing” to Job Accounting II Secure print Users Release print jobs at a time of choice, at any enabled Sharp MFP Documents remain on the secure print queue until users are ready to collect Note: Jobs are auto deleted if not released by pre-set timing No more sensitive documents left waiting by the MFP One button option to print all & logout or --- Review job list (Users can see only their own print jobs in the print queue) Increased Efficiency Users can print documents from any enabled Sharp MFP on the Network User can browse all their queued print jobs from the MFP Additional print sets can be made Unwanted print jobs can be deleted without print if not required

MX-SW312 Adds “Client Matter Billing” Capability to Job Accounting II Relevant to a business or organisation that makes Copies or Prints relative to a customer or client base, and charges that output to the customer or client Examples: Legal Case files, Health care, Insurance claims, Print / Copy shop, Real estate etc. MX-SW312 features Direct cost allocation to Client / Client matters Central Client administration Client Matter lookup on MFP GUI Display of Client balance
