10 SCORING PROCEDURES Do not touch the target!
Count the total number of shots. Score the target. Agree on the total score. If there is any disagreement; challenge.

11 SCORECARD Highest score to lowest score (“x” through miss).
Changes can be done by the scorekeeper. Must be signed by the competitor and scorer.

Overlay / Plug Jury / Eagle Eye Once the target comes back from the jury, the score is official and final.

Distractions while firing Range operations

20 ALIBI PROCEDURES Excessive shots
Annotate low and high 10 shot values. Either take the low 10 or reshoot, not to exceed the value of the high 10. Insufficient hits are counted as misses. Range operations. Weapon malfunctions that are not competitor induced.

21 CIRCUMSTANCES THAT DO NOT CONSTITUE AN ALIBI
Weapon and magazines have not been maintained IAW TM 1005A-10/1. The pistol or magazine is improperly assembled. Use of unauthorized ammunition. Lost ammunition. The competitor fills his magazines improperly or fills magazines with the incorrect number or rounds. The competitor fails to conduct the load properly. The competitor engages the safety while firing.

22 CIRCUMSTANCES THAT DO NOT CONSTITUE AN ALIBI (cont.)
The competitor engages the magazine release button while firing. The competitor engages the slide stop while firing. The competitor fails to reset the trigger. The competitor fails to fire the prescribed number of rounds for the stage. If the competitor attempts to clear the weapon, he accepts the conditions and does not rate an alibi.
