Our Approach We don’t believe in 100% black-box approach to generating customer insights and predictive models. Instead we believe in a mixed approach whereby we do a fair amount (say 70%) using statistics / algorithms. We then present the data back to business users in a self-service manner to apply their intuition on top of the machine learning and find new customer insights.
