7. Documents for US Visa Required Now
Copy of passport. Passport must be valid till January 2016 else it must be renewed urgently

Visa Fee will be deducted in case your child has a valid visa.

8. Documents for US Visa Interview
Documents to be carried on date of interview include
Original bank statement or passbook for 6 months with adequate balance
Copy of income tax returns for last three years
Copy of investments such as fixed deposits, mutual funds and other investments
Self certified Id proof of both parents
Rest of documents including invitation letter, visa application confirmation, interview appointment letter etc will be provided by us.
Passport can be collected by parents or person authorized by them.

9. Cancellation Policy
If the US visa is denied, the entire cost except the visa fees, airline cancellation charges will be refunded.
Up to 45 days before departure there will be no cancellation fee except airline cancellation and visa fee if paid.
45 – 30 days – 15% will be deducted
29 – 14 days – 25% will be deducted
14 – 7 days – 50% will be deducted
6 days or less – 75% will be deducted
