Project summary The overall objective of the proposed project is to reduce unemployment among young people in countries with below-average levels of employment of youth in relation to the EU average. The specific objective of the proposed project is to inform young people about the procedures and methods of job search (writing of successful CV, applications and motivation letters, simulation of a job interview, job search plan, methods of self-employment through social and green entrepreneurship). The goal of the project is also a mutual exchange of knowledge and experiences among the participants as also good practices in job seeking.

Expected results of the proposed project are:
Successfully conducted informal training for 23 participants on the topic of solving the unemployment problem and finding employment through the application of knowledge and skills acquired through the project; Created a newsletter that will be forwarded to at least 50 NGOs in each country involved in the project, which will include a description of the project and activities, a description of the non-formal learning methods in the main activities and learning outcomes; Made brochure with the results of the project which participants achieved through participation in the project, and will include conclusions on how looks like a quality resume, covering letter, what leads to successful job interview and other results obtained by the participants; Greater awareness of the problem of youth unemployment in the national and international levels; Improving knowledge of English Increased cross-cultural awareness.

Participants profile 5 + 1 (leader) = 6 participants per organisation (please try to respect gender equality) Youth from rural and underdeveloped areas Youth with no working experience Unemployed young people Age

Benefits for the participants
Participants will enhance the knowledge and skills to use English language, which will serve to project activities Communication with other participants and the presentation in front of a group will strength confidence and also participants will acquire the habit of interactive participation in common tasks Participants will improve knowledge about labor markets in their and in other partner countries involved in the proposed project and this could also facilitate access to the European labor market and increase the chances of finding employment. Participants will also expand their knowledge of the Erasmus + program and all the opportunities offered to them through the "Youth Guarantee".

SOME TIPS HOW TO REACH ŠIBENIK:
From Italy: By ferry boat from Ancona: (Jadrolinija); than procede to Šibenik by bus (BlueLine); than procede to Šibenik by bus 2) By airplane: a) Catania – Split operated by Vueling airlines ( with 1 stop in Rome b) Catania/Palermo – Rome operated by Ryanair ( Rome – Split operated by Vueling airlines c) Catania – Trieste operated by Ryanair => than procede by bus to Šibenik 3) By bus: Trieste – Šibenik (Autotrans) (ITALIANS THIS COULD BE THE CHEAPEST OPTION!) From Slovakia: By train and bus: Bratislava – Zagreb (by train); Zagreb – Šibenik (by bus) (Autotrans) (LAST PARTICIPANTS FROM SLOVAKIA PREFERED THIS WAY!) By Bus: Bratislava – Zagreb (Flixbus); Zagreb – Šibenik (there are always buses from Zagreb to Šibenik from Zagreb bus station) By airplane: a) Vienna – Zagreb (Croatia Airlines); than procede Zagreb – Šibenik by bus b) Vienna – Split operated by Croatia Airlines => than procede by bus to Šibenik

From Spain: By airplane: a) Barcelona – Split operated by Vueling airlines ( b) Try to find connction to Zadar with Ryanair (possible connections to Zadar are: London, Paris, Berlin, Marseille, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt Hahn, Dublin, Bristol….)

During activity days each group will need to organise one day of activities (energizers included ;) ), the themes for each group are following: Slovakian group: Verbal and non-verbal communication during job interviews and how to have successfull job interview. Italian group: Active job search – job databases, types of employment agencies and benefits from networking Spanish group: How to make good motivation letter, cv and misktakes which young people do more often during job search. Croatian group: Describe the concept of job search plan. Also each group should prepare presentations about their sending organisation (for the first day) and about their city/country (will be presented during international dinner).

Be aware to have European Health Innsurance Card before the start of your mobility!
