R401 – Student Course Request Verification Report #8832 – Now displays errors for students not meeting Grade Level criteria
GRD will be returned
Registration Wizard #10223 – Unable to tab through complete registration tab of registration wizard
Registering new student #10219 – Student successfully registered message received but can’t find student
SSID conflict but no message displayed
Registration Wizard #9697 – corrected a problem where attendance pattern wasn’t being populated for students who were whacked from one building and enrolled in another.

aSc Master Schedule Builder # schedule with same name was being loaded into wrong building within ITC

Deleting contacts tied to Discipline Incidents #10343 – Contacts associated with a discipline incident can’t be deleted
Could inactivate via family groups contacts tab
These contacts will still be linked & have (*) next to the name indicating it’s inactive
Lockers/Combinations Import #10344 – New page allowing users to add/update lockers from a spreadsheet with up to 5 combinations per locker

Home School Import #2328e – Phase 1 of allowing users to delete marks loaded via home school import New tab added to Home School Import screen
If at least 1 student is mapped, this will show complete

# Student Verification (Unclemis) error FN12E updated to include all 7X withdraw codes (added 76, 77 and 79)
#9456 – Student Verification (Unclemis) LCE error indicating a student is missing an SSID is reactivated
#10418 – Verify/Update Graduate Core Summary no longer errors when running Course Verify
Special Education Graduation Requirements updated to accept exemption records for both the EOC exams and the OGT exams
Special Education Graduation Requirements (FE) transfer file updated to send both EOC and OGT records with correct assessment type value

SOES Historical address added to the Address Types. Use this value on the old address when a new address is brought in

Community Schools Only – Student Contact Record update for Historical Address (FF & FG Records)
When an Historical Address is present on the Contact record, the ending date for that address should be entered in the Legal District of Residence Change Date; this date will be included on the FG record in the transfer file
The Current address record will have the lowest sequence number in the FG transfer, and the historical address record will have the higher sequence number
The current address will have the date value of ‘ ’ included in the FG transfer file as long as the student is enrolled
If the student is withdrawn, the current address record will be updated with the student’s withdraw date on the student’s FS record in the FG transfer
If the student has a Withdraw Date before the FG run date, the Withdraw Date will be the Effective Date on their Current Address Record

17. v15.3.0 State Reporting Updates
Community Schools Only – Student Contact Record update for Historical Address (FF & FG Records)
If the student has a Withdraw Date equal to the FG run date, the Withdraw Date will be the Effective Date on their Current Address Record
If the student has a Withdraw Date after the FG run date, the Effective Date on their Current Address Record will be ‘ ’
If the student does not have a Withdraw Date , the Effective Date on their Current Address Record will be all ‘ ’
