If you are on a team, even outside your normal area of responsibility, you remain on the team until it is finished. You do not become MIA. In other words, you stick until you are done!

When meeting, stay on topic. Do not tell tales from long ago, stories of woe, or funny ditties, just stay on topic. With meetings, more is less. Get to the point and stay on the point until the meeting is over.

If someone disagrees with your opinion, do not become upset or refuse to work with them. Discuss the difference of opinion and try to meet in the middle. If you cannot come to an agreement, try to agree to disagree when possible.
