For information only – a supplier is not expected to respond in SCP
A ‘collaboration’ is the item that is being forecasted – the following dimensions are used to define and differentiate each collaboration in SCP:
Order Number
Plant
Project
Forecast Line
When a long term forecast is sent to SCP and these four dimensions exactly match a collaboration already posted in SCP, then the system assumes the new collaboration is an update to the existing collaboration.
If all four dimensions do not exactly match, then a new collaboration is established in SCP for the ‘incoming’ long term forecast.

5. Long Term Forecast – New/Updated Alert
On the My Workspace page, scroll down to the bottom of the ‘Supply Network Exceptions’ section. Click on the number link for ‘New/Updated Long Term Forecasts’.

6. Long Term Forecast Search
You can also go to Long Term Forecast – Search on the navigation tree.
If you enter a date range, you will insure that you are only looking at forecast data that was sent in the most recent update from BAE Systems.

7. Forecasts – Search Results
On the list page of search results, select the collaborations (rows) that you want to view in more detail and then click the View button.

8. Forecast – Multi Collab View
The forecast is presented in a calendar view where each row is a ‘Request Qty’ or ‘Previous Request Qty’ and each column is a time period.
The default calendar view is from today’s date and goes out four years as monthly buckets of data.
A user can change the start/end date or time buckets in the header section, then click ‘Refresh’. The underlying data from the buyer is not impacted.

9. Forecast – Multi-Collab View
If you scroll all the way to the right on the calendar view, you will see a total for each row. This is based on the start and end dates that are being used for the current view.
