We will schedule a test site upgrade
We will be going slowly to make sure every site is implemented properly
We will provide the upgrade checklist
After upgrade, MCSL will review site and work with you updating/creating client rules
Update annual process if changing
Figure out how to train your users
Sign off on test site and schedule upgrade on prod
Send Rob and Charles booze and candy
