Ownership of faculty & student leader Positive Impact: (1) National level competition, (2) Intellectual Property Negative Impact: (1) Not Research based project; (2) Final Semester of Senior students Strategies One-to-one meeting with professors and evangelize VIP (with the actual benefit for them) Grass Root Approach: Make VIP truly useful to students so that they push faculty Broken Sequence in Substitutable Course Negative Impact: Students after 1 semester stop participating and wait for the next one Positive Impact: Students keep participating without earning credits Encouragement to join national and international competition Similar and Competing STEM programs on campus Positive: Possible collaboration for synergy Negative: No collaboration and indifference --- No professional Assessor yet Any good success story of co-operation?
