4 Types of sentence 1. Custodial (Criminal Justice Act 2003 Sections 152, 225) 2. Community 6 months-3 years with specified conditions Community Rehabilitation Order +Punishment Order ( hours of unpaid work) + Curfew Order 3. Financial Fine up to a certain limit (statutory offences) Unlimited fines (other offences) 4. Discharge (absolute, conditional)
