Build customer loyalty by resolving issues quickly Let them know you’re there to help. You might say: “Please let me fix this for you.” Ask for details. Glean enough information to enable you to begin to solve the problem. Paraphrase what they tell you. Repeat the problem to your customer in your own words to be sure that you understand their needs. Tell them how much you value them. When customers have problems, they may feel underappreciated. Set the record straight.
