12 4th Bde JROTC Downsizing
4th Brigade will downsize current position authorizations from a high of 11 to 8 authorizations in FY 18. Results in a reduction of approximately 28% in available man-hours. FY 15 – 11 Authorizations FY 16 – 10 Authorizations (Current) FY 17 – 9 Authorizations (30 Sep 16) FY 18 – 8 Authorizations (30 Sep 17) Cadet Command is working hard to meet our manpower requirements with BMM, over hires and terms. Workload has actually increased and continues to do so. JPAs GPC Support CAC (TASM & TA responsibilities) Check Writing COR Responsibilities Increased individual TDY requirement due to fewer available personnel May require the elimination of some “nice to do” things/events. More to follow.
