12. 4th Bde JROTC Downsizing
4th Brigade will downsize current position authorizations from a high of 11 to 8 authorizations in FY 18. Results in a reduction of approximately 28% in available man-hours.

FY 16 – 10 Authorizations (Current)
FY 17 – 9 Authorizations (30 Sep 16)
FY 18 – 8 Authorizations (30 Sep 17)
Cadet Command is working hard to meet our manpower requirements with BMM, over hires and terms.
