Kyle will provide an overview of the Annual review process in SuccessFactors for employees and managers. During Kyle’s presentation, your phone will be muted. Tip: Out of Turn Access Managers can access, comment, and enter ratings on their employees’ forms before they have received them. Click on the Home drop down and select Performance Forms. Select Team Overview. Select Review next to the employee’s name who you are reviewing. A draft copy of the employee’s form will show allowing you to enter comments.

Conclusion SuccessFactors myPerformance can be accessed from the myJohnsHopkins portal. Performance evaluation forms found in the Performance Forms module. The employee completes their self-evaluation first. The form then routes to the manager to complete the Annual review. The employee signs off on the form first, then the manager signs. This completes the review.
