I encourage you all to sit down together / set expectations
We are switching from TrueYou to SharePoint … my best advice is to go ahead and sign up now and students will be prompted by when it is time to switch.

When guests log in the view & navigation will be similar to the Student’s MyBlue.
For anything related to the billing, click student accounts

Student Accounts Page On student accounts page you can make a payment
see account details and view or print your bill The most helpful thing when you have questions is to view the Account Details. Have them ready when you call with questions.

Charges Post To Student Account (July 31st/Aug 1st) Financial Aid Posts to Student Account 10 days prior to start of semester Approx. 8/10/17 eBill notification ed to Students’ Loper . (Around 8/31/2017) Bills Due 9/20/2017 FinAid Feed – August 12, 2016

Financial Aid Loans, Grants, and Scholarships will apply directly to the student account in MyBlue IF: All necessary paperwork has been completed with the Financial Aid Office The student is enrolled in the correct number of hours Student Accounts office works with Financial Aid to manage and post credits to student accounts. Questions about available aid or aid amounts should be directed to Financial Aid in Student Affairs Bldg. Aid will post 10 days prior to the start of the term as long a criteria on screen have been met.

Direct Deposit vs Paper Check
Set up direct deposit in MyBlue by clicking on Student Accounts on the left side menu and then select “Direct Deposit (refunds)” If you choose not to do this you will pick up a paper check in our office. Bring photo ID. 7-10 day to get a paper check 5-7 days to receive direct deposit in your account …Recommended if you need book money PRIOR to the first day of class

Dropped Class Refund Rates
Drop a class sooner rather than later Many decisions you make can affect your bill/student account Failure to pay your bill or not attending class does not mean you have withdrawn. You must drop your class in MyBlue. UNK will not drop your class for non payment or lack of attendance Outstanding balances after the due date will be assessed late fees and you will have a hold on your account preventing registration for the next term.
