Broader international co-operation through participation of 3rd Countries in the NMP calls
In NMP scientific and technical challenges are global;
Critical mass is required for reaching mutual objectives;
International collaboration can lead to better focused research and thus close knowledge gaps more rapidly;
Synergies can be created thus contributing to improve the quality of life in all parts of the world.
Developing countries of ACP, Asia, Latin America, the Mediterranean partner countries, Russia, Newly Independent States and Western Balkans States may receive Community funding within budgetary limits
