AFTER PATTERNS/THEMES EMERGED Can we see things we can recommend or opportunities for improving or evolving the service? What areas do so see personally that needs improvement? Can you tell me of any successes? Do you have any ideas? 2 focus groups 7 people in each (one women only – 2 repeat and 2 HIV affected family members) & 5 individual interviews 19 people total 6 PATIENT JOURNEY MAPPING Designed to improve the Health Care System by listening to the voices of the patients I know what my body needs too I am all alone
