2. Valentine's Day
Although Valentine's Day unofficial holiday, most British people celebrate it.
British of all ages love to send and receive valentines. Valentines can be heart-shaped, or have a heart, symbol of love. Often applied to the valentine soft toys, mostly bears, candy, jewelry.
Children in primary schools make valentines for their classmates and placed them in a large decorated box, similar to the mailbox. February 14, the teacher opens the box and distributes the valentines. After students read received valentines, they all celebrate.

3. St.Patrick 's Day
Historic Irish holiday that has British roots. It is celebrated in honor of Ireland's patron saint - St. Patrick's Day. According to legend, St. Patrick drove all the snakes from the island and brought Christianity to Ireland

4. Halloween
Halloween - a holiday mainly for children. Many children dressed in costumes knock on the door to the neighbors, and when the door opens, shouting "Trick or Treat". Pirates and princesses, ghosts and popular heroes, all hold bags open to catch them candy or other small gifts. And when the children with bags full of sweets come home, they are primarily converted them to the next day to tell your friends how much candy they collect.

5. Thanksgiving Day
Thanksgiving is always output, in many institutions, and Friday is a holiday. Many Americans use four-day weekend to travel to relatives or friends.
On this day at the table always served turkey, cranberry sauce, potatoes and pumpkin pie.
