Week 18 Strive Info Night Topic 10 Money – 5 days – may need to do a day or two more day next week and integrate with number patterns 2.5 Determine the value of coins in order to solve monetary transactions. 2.5A Determine the value of a collection of coins up to one dollar. 2.5B Use the cent symbol, dollar sign, and the decimal point to name the value of a collection of coins. Interacting with the Environment 2.5A Interpret information on maps and globes using basic map elements such as title, orientation (N,E,S,W), and legend/map keys 2.5B Create maps to show places and routes within the home, school and community 2.6A Identify major landforms and bodies of water, including each of the continents and each of the oceans on maps and globes. 2.6B Locate places of significance, including the local community, Texas the state capital the US capital, major cities in Texas, the coast of Texas, Canada, Mexico and the US on maps and globes. We must have a direct note or an from parent/guardian to excuse a student's absence. This new policy will be effective when we return from Christmas Break/Winter Break.
