Luxco is reducing our reliance on traditional printed rebates and expanding our partnership with Ibotta in 2017 in an effort to grow our brands. Provides better shopper data and analytics tracking: can learn who is buying our brands, where they are buying them, and what else they are buying Printed MIRs/IRCs reinforce transactional relationships and don’t build brand loyalty Drives trial by allowing consumers to discover our brands within the app and then ask for them at retail Easier for Millennial consumers to access and redeem our offers Allows for real-time flexibility of offers and programming Serves as an effective form of digital advertising that can be tied directly to purchase Drives brand engagement; recipes, videos, etc. must be viewed prior to offer redemption Gives us the opportunity to offer discounts on-premise

Luxco 2017 Ibotta Rebates Rebates will pulse throughout the year and will have printed POS to support Exotico: $3 off 750mL, $4 off 1L, $5 off 1.75L Rebel Yell: $3 off 750mL, $4 off 1L, $5 off 1.75L Ezra Brooks: $3 off 750mL, $4 off 1L, $5 off 1.75L Pearl: $4 off 750mL or larger, all types Everclear: $4 off 750mL or larger, all proofs Veev: $6 off 750mL The Quiet Man: $6 off 750mL Blended Whiskey, $8 off 750mL Single Malt To supplement Ibotta, we will continue with printed rebates in certain markets. Printed Rebates – Rebel Yell, Ezra Brooks, and Exotico will offer brand-funded printed OND rebates that mirror the offers for Ibotta, but these are only to be used in NON-Ibotta markets. Additional Rebates Needed and/or Deep Rebate Markets – no brand-funded rebates will be offered. If the Business Unit wishes to offer a deep rebate out of their own funding it must be covered by margin/case.
