How to turn a non-testable question into a testable question:
Step 1: Read the question carefully. Step 2: Determine the cause and effect in the relationship. Step 3: Plug the cause and effect into the proper format.

If a question is not testable by experimentation, how would you find out the answer to it? For example, how could you find the answer to the question, “What color is a frog’s heart?” You cannot find a cause and effect relationship in this question.
