Who is Salesforce.com? Salesforce.com is a very successful publicly traded company - the global leader in customer relationship management (CRM) & cloud computing. Salesforce was founded in ‘99 and really revolutionized the world of enterprise business applications by providing the tools and applications you need to run a business entirely online - or in our cloud.

Our 1/1/1 model is a new model for corporate responsibility. 1% of our equities is held in the Salesforce foundation. 1% of our employees time or 4 hrs per month is dedicated to philanthropy, and 1% of our product goes to nonprofits all over the world. This year we’ve received a lot of recognition for this effort. Salesforce.com was recognized as Corporate Citizen of the year by the Committee to Encourage Corporate Philanthropy. We were recognized as the 7th most ethical company in the world by business ethics magazine. Our strategic corporate philanthropy model is an important part of our vision and what we’re doing for the industry.
