7 Notes ATAC shelf supplies 1.5 kW comes with fans located on right and left sides to allow right-left air motion Ex: If we intend to use the emulator in USA15 we have to swap 48 fibers Vertically cooled rack believed to be OK with this type of ATCA shelf No need for back-door with fans pc-csc-det-01 can remain in rack 29 with the ctrl network switch for the time being The Rack schema has to be entered into Rack Wizard

9 CERN TEST STANDs What we need to do Possible labs:
Develop DCS interface People involved: George Requires: Shelf Manager + control network + DCS PC (aka running PVSS) Study IPMI interface with TDAQ sysadmins Develop TDAQ interfaces Develop CSC software Use an LTP if possible Possible labs: TDAQ Lab  OK for 2. and 3. maybe 1. as well (depends on PVSS availability and if George can get the account there) ? For 4. and maybe 1. We need: access to afs, to tdaq release, stable network, rack, external support SR1 is the best option as far as I can tell: need to ask for permission + think about cooling: are the embedded fans enough?
