3. General Guidelines Primary Packaging Brand Seal/Tag IMEI/Serial Number
Primary brand packaging is mandatory
Brand packaging should be undamaged and intact
Brand Seal/Tag
Brand seal is properly attached at correct place and is not tampered
There should be no double seal
IMEI/Serial Number
IMEI/Serial number is not tampered and is properly readable
No multiple/different IMEI/Serial number on the single item
Model Number
Model number/name is same as mentioned on brand box & on product web page.

4. General Guidelines MRP Warranty Card In Box Content & Accessories
MRP on the tag should match the MRP mentioned in the product description on PayTm
Warranty Card
Ensure there is warranty card or warranty mentioned on the product.
Ensure that on warranty card it is clearly mentioned what is covered in warranty.
In Box Content & Accessories
All the items mentioned in the product description page should be there .
All items outside the brand-box or any extra freebie, if provided by the company or the vendor, should be there and in proper condition
Ensure no partial shipping.
All required documents (outside of brand box), if any, should be there

Check the brand seal whether it is in intact/Broken/tampered/double sealed condition(unacceptable).

Check MRP on the tag and match with the product description on PayTm
Serial Number
Check that serial number is mentioned on brand box
Manufacturing/ Import Details
Check all manufacturing detail are mentioned on product (manufactured by and it’s Date, Country of origin, customer care number etc)
Warranty/Guarantee
Ensure warranty card is present and readable
Barcode
Check barcode is not tampered and is properly readable
Color
Colors of the product should exactly match the colors mentioned on Paytm webpage

Check installation instructions are mentioned or not.
