1 SPF MAG Quarterly Report – Feb 2015
MAG FM1 fabrication is well underway – boards have been received, coupons accepted or in testing (with up to a 1 week schedule delay), parts have been kitted and delivered to the assembly group. The flight sensor electronics frames and several flight sensor components are in fabrication. EM2 MAG sensor thermal cycling has completed 200 cycles. A post-cycling thin shell orthogonality check is planned. Assembly of the second MAG Data Simulator continues and is on schedule for delivery to Minnesota the first week in March. MAG responses to FIELDS CDR RFAs # 17, 19, and 23 are ready to upload to PIMS. A response to Advisory #20 is complete and will be distributed. MAG provided MAG status inputs to FIELDS in support of Mission CDR. MAG EM-2 Qualification Sensor
