EExAT encrypts all web traffic between the user and EExAT using industry standard SSL encryption. This can be identified with the padlock on the address bar of your web browser.
Children's first and last names are encrypted using AES 256bit encryption.
The encryption keys for this data are stored on separate servers.
All EExAT data is hosted by Amazon (AWS) and is stored in compliance with all UK law.
As with all online services, we recommend that users create a unique password that is not used on any other service.
Pictures cannot be saved in the conventional way from the learning journals. Before the system goes live we are looking to implement a watermarking system to protect photographs from being posted online without authorisation.
