2 Who we are We are a family that is deeply rooted in the winemaking industry with over 70 years´ experience. The family third´s generation is now steering this dream that began in 1939 with Octavio Rufino Falasco and was then continued by his son, Haroldo Santos Falasco. Today, Jorge Daniel Falasco still cherishes the family tradition making wines with pride and quality by honoring the principles that gave birth to his grandfather´s dream: and project that would stay solid throughout time but preserving youth, dynamism and clever mind to adjust to market changes. 3 WINEMAKER Ernesto Peruzzi has spent more than 23 harvest in the winery. He was the task force leader which transformed the winemaking processes of the winery.

4 Our Wines are making with grapes coming from the most important places for each Variety

5 Uco Valley have the high altitud vineyards in Mendoza from 2850 to 4000 Feet elevation, the zone was named after an Indian chief who ruled the region hundreds of years ago. Comprises the districts of Tunuyan, Tupungato and San Carlos. Cool nights, sunny days, low humidity, great night-day thermal amplitude. Alluvial soils which are very low in organic material. Shallow alluvial soils: sand, limestone and rocks of all sizes predominate.

6 Lujan de Cuyo (2,950 to 3,300 feet elevation): Mendoza's most traditional vineyard region; best for old vine Cabernet Sauvignon, Torrontes and a jammy style of Malbec. Comprises the districts of Las Compuertas, Vistalba, Perdriel, Agrelo and Ugarteche among others. Moderate high desert climate. Deeper alluvial soils: clay, sand and limestone predominate.

7 Valle Norte (2,034 to 2,500 feet elevation): Mendoza's old traditional vineyard region; best for Bonarda, Tempranillo, Viognier and Syrah . Comprises the districts of Junin, Santa Rosa,San Martin among others. High desert climate. thick textures soils: Sandy-silt-clay.
