Wendy Amengual Wark is a diversity and inclusion consultant with a 20+ year track record of  success with Fortune 500 Corporations, Non-Profit  Organizations & the Public Sector in union & non-union, domestic & global environments. Wendy established Inclusion Strategy to help organizations to overcome barriers to real innovation & Diversity with real-world solutions. Wendy has improved organizational effectiveness for such organizations as The New York City Department of Transportation, The New York City Commission on the Status of Women, New York University, FedEx Freight, Inc., The NY MTA, Stryker Endoscopy, Transform, The County of Santa Clara, and the Global Health Fellows Program II (US AID). Key Accomplishments: Established the first Diversity Councils for two divisions at FedEx Freight, Inc. Launched NYS MTA Metro-North Railroad’s first Mentoring Program Created New York City’s first Domestic Violence Report Developed and delivered the curriculum for the first Sexual Harassment Prevention for Managers at NYU’s Wagner Graduate School New York City’s Liaison to the United Nation’s 4th World Conference on Women, Beijing Wendy has been a board or committee member of: SHRM’s Diversity and Inclusion Standards Taskforce, the Tri-State Diversity Council, WTS–Greater New York Chapter Diversity Committee, and Friends of the San Francisco Commission on the Status of Women. Wendy is writing the upcoming book, Let’s Not Be Polite: 5 Barriers to True Inclusion and How to Overcome Them.
