Purchasing Centre in Ostrava is extending team with additional Buyers with excellent English skills to support our purchasing activities in the UK/Ireland region.
Your tasks
As a Buyer / Purchasing support you will be searching for new suppliers, communicating with existing suppliers and daily supporting and processing the requirements/orders in the ordering system (e-tool).
This includes asking for competitive bids for existing goods/services and analyze them based on price quotations, quality, delivery terms and specifications.
You will establish close relationship with suppliers and internal Business Partners and solve day-to-day problems.
Your profile
High school/University degree
Ideally 1-2 years professional experiences in a similar position is an advantage
Exposure to working with international teams
Excellent analytic skills
Excellent communication, organization, presentation, negotiation and planning skills
Flexibility, integrity and positive attitude
Excellent English skills (written and oral), other language is advantage
