Reporting guidelines (slide to be deleted when completing your report)
Purpose of your report The following slided template will be used to support a process of ‘’real time’’ reporting throughout the Forum Week. More particularly, your report will be: published on-line maximun 24 hrs upon completion of your session Used as inputs to the Thematic and Regional Syntheses (especially slides on ‘’Takeaway messages’’ and ‘’Commitments’’) as well as for build ing the Commitments Session on Friday 16 March and Forum final synthesis Used to update and finalise your Session Report after the Forum Reporting instructions The report should built on the notes taken during the session with help from the assigned note-takers. The report should be written in English only and validated by the session convener prior to submission to the IFC Secretariat Please do not add slides and kindly stick to one slide per section Logos of the convening organisation(s) should be placed in the last slide of the report The report should be sent on the same day as the session took place, to the following adress: with copy to Core Group/Regional Coordinators when applicable The number and title of your session will have to be mentionned in subject of your Additional documents can be attached to the report if relevant
