2. The Partnership acts to:
convene regional leaders and stakeholders;
research and report on local housing policies;
provide technical assistance to non-profit organizations and local governments;
advocate for the expansion of affordable housing opportunities across the region;
and recognize successful local government policies and programs through the Partnership’s Best Practice Awards

3. The Toolkit outlines affordable housing best practices and provides examples where they have been successfully implemented and managed by local governments.
