Level 2 in Community Engagement, Environmental Stewardship, Responsible Business and Governance Employee Engagement 20,000 hours; divided equally in four regions General volunteering : 16,000 and Skilled Volunteering : 4,000 Pro-bono Engagements 10,000 hours LOS : 5000 hours and Central : 5000 hours Cash Contributions Regional - Rs 200 lacs Central – Rs 200 lacs
