2. ZIMBRA Connector for Outlook
The following is a guide to installing and setting up the Zimbra Connector for Outlook (ZCO). ZCO provides real time two-way synchronization of messages, folders, tags, contacts, personal distribution lists, tasks, and calendar between Outlook and the Zimbra server.

3. ZCO Features
, contacts, calendar, and tasks natively sync via MAPI.
Native integration, uses all Outlook user interface.
Delegate access to others (folders, , contacts, schedule).
Supports both Online and Offline mode.
Full support for Global Address List (GAL).

4. Supported Versions of Microsoft Outlook
For Outlook 2003 users: Client computers must have Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 SP3 or later installed.
For Outlook 2007 users: Client computers must have Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 SP2 or later installed.
For Outlook 2010 users: 32-bit and 64-bit are supported.  
For Outlook 2013 users: 32-bit and 64-bit are supported.

5. Supported Versions of Windows
ZCO supports Windows XP with required updates, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10.

6. First, let us start by closing Microsoft Outlook completely on your computer.
We have to check the office version first from control panel 32 or 64 bit. As given below.

7. Download from below link :-

8. Run the downloaded setup:- 1) Click on Next.
Install Zimbra connector as per your requirement (32 Bit or 64 Bit MS-Outlook).
Run the downloaded setup:-
1) Click on Next.

9. 2) Accept the licence agreement.

10. 3) Confirm installation and click on Next.

11. 4) Finish installation process click on close.

12. After successful installation of zimbra connector, we need to re-launch Outlook. At the first page, A pop-up will be open for choose the profile.(AS shown In the figure )

13. Click OK and window will be popup like below : -
Server Name : - mail.punjab.gov.in
Address : -
Password : - xxxxxx

14. Click Apply and OK. Next window will show the Zimbra Send\Receive progress. (As shown in the figure below.) Please bear in mind that it may take some time to perform the initial sync (time can vary depending on size of the account).

15. After completion of progress now we will able to see our mails
