The Home Page Open a web browser & enter URL: www.citizencenter.co.in
This will open the WeConnect eServices Portal If you don’t have a Password, Click on the Button

The Home Page Click on checkboxes of either Login or Transaction Passwords and enter your Address in the text box Click on Reset Password and the passwords will be generated and mailed to your registered _ID

The Home Page By entering the generated password you may login and may utilize the different services on the portal

Mobile Recharge This is the Mobile Recharge service page. Here, one can fill the below fields to acquire the services.

Travel This is our Travel page. Here, one can fill the below fields to acquire the services

Travel Enter the Source, Destination and Date and click to Search for Buses

Travel Select the Travels which you wish to choose and click on the corresponding amount

Travel Select the circled Seat Number which is the Available Seat on the Bus

PAN Click on PAN link at the top.

PAN It will take you to UTIITSL PAN Online Services.

PAN Click on PAN Services and New PAN Application

PAN User should verify the physical documents and fill the online form

PAN Once the complete information is filled in online, clicking on ‘submit’ leads to Application Validation process by the system

Take printout of the filled form,
Paste applicant’s photo and take signature of the applicant at the designated locations on the printed form.

Scans the printed application form with photos affixed and signatures present
Upload the scanned image along with photo and signature images (3 image files)

Take printout of the application form Paste photo and atake signature of the applicant on the printed form Application form along with supporting documents needs to clubbed and scanned into a single file (PAN Application form (front & back side) to be scanned in 200dpi, color - PDFA format) The size of complete scanned Application file can be Maximum up to 2MB Scan photo of the applicant Photo Scanning 300 dpi, Color, 213 X 213 pixel (Size less than 30 kb) in JPEG format. Take a signature on a separate white sheet and scan it Signature scanning 600 dpi –black and white (less than 60 kb) in JPEG format. Retain separate photo and signature scanned images and upload appropriately by selecting relevant options provided in the portal i.e. Photo in place of photo to be uploaded and Signature in place of Signature In all, 3 scanned image files viz. Appln form with doc proofs, Photo, Signature need to be uploaded

Any difference in size and specs, the system will throw showing the details of the Error Further it will redirect to payment page. Please enter your and Click on button.

On successful transaction, the system generates an Acknowledgement Receipt
Hand over a Printout of the Receipt to the applicant

In case of error in normal run
Re-attempt payment for specific application and normal payment process follows with generation of Acknowledgement Receipt

PAN Processing and Dispatch
Once the full lifecycle of application is completed by the VLE users, the central or HO team creates lots for making consolidated payments to UTIITSL by selecting only the applications cleared across all VLEs with successful payment PAN Application processing at UTIITSL Once the Payment is received, verified as realized at UTIITSL end, the applications attached to this payment lot will move into the processing zone with verification of scanned forms uploaded by VLE Only the clear applications will move for PAN allotment and objection marked cases will be intimated back to VLE level for objection clearance and further processing at their end. Once the PAN allotted, the PAN Cards will be dispatched directly to the applicants at their communication address as provided in the application form, through Speed Post/ Courier.

Objection clearance at VLE user end
The objection cases will get displayed under PAN Objection menu for clearance and further processing

VLE clears the objection by making necessary edit modifications in the PAN application, after consulting the corresponding applicant

Once the application edited/ modified, VLE upload documents in right form as in the normal process cycle – printout, photo affix with signature, scanning, upload.

PAN Tracking Query VLE has an option to check the PAN card status using Application number / Coupon number using “Track your PAN Card” option available under PAN Services.

PAN Tracking Query VLE can track the status by giving the Application number / Coupon number

PAN Tracking Query Application status is displayed giving the last updated stage at any time

PAN VLE user may log out at any point of time once the activities are over

Tirubaa Click on the Tirubaa link at the top.

After clicking the Tirubaa link, a Tirubaa form would be seen.
