System Upgrades
Implementation of Banner 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2 along with Oracle database updates
Compliance with financial aid
College Opportunity Fund version compatibility
Other new Banner features such as waitlist.
Upgrades to DARS, the degree audit report in RAMweb
Upgrade to U.Select, the transfer course equivalency system
Patches and bug fixes
Analysis, testing and campus input for registration waitlist possibilities. Investigation into sending text messages, in addition to s, as part of waitlist notifications for waitlist
DARS degree audit now shows student athlete compliance with NCAA academic program requirements

As part of federal legislation for collection and reporting of Ethnicity and Race, added Race and Ethnicity confirmation to Registration Ready for Spring One time re-survey
Student (ASCSU) elections
Design of the H1N1 reporting pages for students, faculty and staff including SSO integration from RAMweb to reporting page
Registration error messages are tailored in the registration process
Added display of post-secondary transcripts into ARIESweb so advisors can review transfer coursework and recommend how that coursework should apply to degree requirements
Improvements to process for loading scores from course assignments to RamCT
Collaboration with ASCSU to improve course survey process

Created ARIESweb as a stand-alone web site for Faculty and Advisor services.
Redesigned RamPoint.Colostate.Edu web page to a navigational page that supports users trying to locate interactive services such as C.A.P., ARIESweb or RamCT. About 4,000 hits/day
Added registration override information into RAMweb
Redesigned the holds page in RAMweb
Added Repeat-Delete information to RAMweb
Modified the anticipated graduation date logic for graduate students in Registration Ready

Finalize plans and testing for the registration waitlist
Target go-live is April 2010 when registration for fall begins
Complete testing, analysis, policy review for registration waitlist
Add single sign-on (SSO) to Google apps
Refine majors/minors/concentrations in unofficial transcript (3 majors/3 minors)
Add Math placement exam and GRE results to RAMweb test score listing
Enable ability to set web directory preferences in RAMweb such as display or hide address or phone number
Class Schedule rewrite – this is a major initiative; goal is to improve user interface and consolidate key schedule data on one web page.

Begin scanning and indexing documents that students bring to the Registrar front counter. Student can then leave with original document and eliminates more paper in the office.
Finalize workflows to route electronic images from student documents to processing staff
Electronic request for major, minor (field of study) changes
Electronic grade changes for instructors
Make changes to display of graduate student display in RAMweb to eliminate unnecessary tools/services.
Class schedule display of required materials w/ISBN # as required by new federal legislation
Electronic routing (workflow) of eProgram of Study for signatures
Finalize adding the student Id Photo to ARIESweb so faculty can link student face and name with the class roster.

Plan for next round of software upgrades for Banner, DARS, U.Select, Workflow, Imaging and ODS
Re-write of all Financial Aid pages in RAMweb to present information in clearer format and add functionality to update and change data
Infrastructure upgrades in RAMweb programming code to remain with current technology and security standards and improve efficiency of code base
Consider the ability for students or parents to maintain the parent address in RAMweb or another parent website. In addition, review parent and phone information and how this can be maintained online and better utilized for parent communication
Consider the ability for students to delegate access to RAMweb type information or services to parents. For instance access to final grades or access to billing information
Investigate delivery of RAMweb content on mobile devices
Quickly.
