Combined Events “Time Intervals”
Combined Events General Rules Rule 200.4a, page 112 The events, except as otherwise provided in these rules, shall be contested at such intervals as determined by the Track & Field Committee. Whenever possible, there shall be an interval of at least 30 minutes between the time one event ends and the next begins for any individual athlete. If possible, the time between the last event on the first day and the first event of the second day should be at least 10 hours. 12/05/2015 USATF Training Sub Committee
