2. Event Planning Support for Students
Event logistics: Which venue is the best for your event? (Room set up, floor plans, event flow)
Catering: How to select a caterer who aligns with your budget and needs? How much food to order? Who takes care of set up, clean up, and recycling? Which caterers are Penn approved vendors? What about ordering Kosher meals, gluten free and other special requests?
Event equipment: Brand your event! Signage, logoed table cloths, retractable banners, name tag carriers and holders are all available for your use.

3. Wine
The Law School’s in-house event wine inventory is now available for major student events held at on campus:
We can help you determine how much you’ll need and arrange for pick up the day of the event by you or your caterer
Costs will be journaled through Business Affairs to the Conferences account
Unopened wine may be returned to the inventory at no charge.
We’re available to discuss all aspects of your conference or event, including how to make the most of your budget, handling day-of-event problems, décor and entertainment, and more!
