GUIDELINES FOR EVENT POSTER / PUBLIC FORUM
There are 4 variations that you can choose from. Please submit your proposed drafts on these templates for CC’s clearance prior to print production. The ISO Publication Number is to be printed on the bottom right corner of the poster . Please ask Corporate Communications Department for issuance of the serial number. DOs DON’Ts DO’s Use Corporate Fonts (Banda for Headlines, Avenir for Subheads and Body Text ) with minimum font size of 11 points Use pleasant and appealing high resolution images (300dpi). Check for copyrights when using images from the Internet. Seek written consent if photos of patients are included. Information must be factually accurate and must not be exaggerated, false or misleading. AVOID 1. Laudatory statements or phrases to entice public to use our services are not allowed. E.g > discounts > free screening > state of the art technology > best medical care available > world class medical services 2. Promotions that outrightly solicit/ encourage use of services > distribution of souvenirs > promotional coupons > lucky draws and sale campaigns 3. Testimonial/ endorsement of services, including employees. Information that solicit or encourage use of our/ other institution services. 5. Information that put down other institutions or create unjustified expectations. 6. Information that compare and contrast quality of our services with other institutions.

Headline (Banda) Body Text (Avenir) / Align Text Left / High Resolution Images / Diagram Note: • The bottom white bar should be maintained. • No other information should be put inside the bar except for TTSH logo and sponsors’ logo. • TTSH logo should ALWAYS be positioned on the right hand bottom corner ( whether it is on its own OR when there are other logos. • Department name can not be positioned at the white bar. It should be weaved into the content.
