4 1. HOME PAGE TO ADD COMPLAINTS

5 a) COMPLAINT FILLED BY OPERATOR & b) SUBMITTED TO COMPLAINANT
As soon as “SUBMIT” button is clicked… complainant gets SMS of the complaint no.

6 2.CLICK ON MARKING COMPLAINTS TO OFFICER
a) SELECT THE DESIRED COMPLAINT

7 b) Category Selection Operator will select the appropriate category

8 Target Date (अपेक्षित निस्तारण तिथि)
Category (श्रेणी) Type (प्रकार) Target Date (अपेक्षित निस्तारण तिथि) A Very Urgent (अति महत्वपूर्ण) 1 Day (एक दिन) B Urgent (महत्वपूर्ण) 3 Day (दो दिन) C General (सामान्य) 7 Day (सात दिन) D Other (अन्य) 15 Day (पंद्रह दिन) E Affidavit (शपथ पत्र)

Select the Appropriate Department from the Drop Down List

10 Select the Appropriate Officer from the Drop Down List
d) Officer Selection Select the Appropriate Officer from the Drop Down List

11 e) Final Submission As soon as “SUBMIT” button is clicked… Selected Officer gets SMS of the complaint no.

a) SELECT “USER TYPE” AS OFFICER

13 b) SELECT APPROPRIATE OFFICER IN OFFICER CODE

14 Default Password- “guest”
c) TYPE YOUR PASSWORD Default Password- “guest”

15 Here you can see all the complaints feeded against your department
HOME PAGE FOR OFFICERS Here you can see all the complaints feeded against your department

16 Click on the complain to be disposed
4. COMPLAINT DISPOSAL Click on the complain to be disposed

17 a) Write Disposal in “Disposal Text” Box and click “Disposed”

18 b) Click on “MARK LETTER”

19 c) Enter the Complaint No. in the Box

20 d) Click on “SHOW LETTER”

21 e) Marked Letter will be shown
Print can also be taken of the letter

22 f) Click on “UPDATE PASSWORD” to change password

23 g) Disposal Date will be Shown

24 5. a) The Disposed text will be shown here to the operator

25 b) Operator Duty after “DISPOSAL”
THE OPERATOR WILL DISCUSS WITH COMPLAINANT AND INFORM HIM ABOUT THE DISPOSAL AND THEN AFTER CROSS CHECKING THE COMPLAINT WILL BE FINALLY DISPOSED
