13. Medical Forms
For the fastest, easiest check-in, send scans of medical forms as early as possible to Be sure to include Parts A & B. Send as a batch. Do not send individual members.
This also can be done by mail or hand delivered to the council office. 
Social Security numbers should be blacked out on page one by the unit if sent electronically. 
Units should keep copies of the health forms. DO NOT give the original to camp. Hard copies will not be returned.
They will be checked for completion and troops notified of any issues or missing information.

14. Check-in Registration will begin at 12:30 pm
Pack Counselor to meet pack in parking lot.  
Pack will head to campsite
Top leader to Boes/Office
At office check roster, make any outstanding payments
Pack will set up in campsite and then travel to areas of camp
Health lodge – Specific time will be given at check in
Dining Hall – Find your tables for the week
Aqualand – safety check and if needed swim tests
(Before Dinner) dining hall for photo.
Additional time to set up campsite.

16. Build My Own Hero
Start your Scouts brainstorming now on building their own hero. We want them to suit up for truth, justice, and the American way during Campwide game day 3. Let their imagination and creativity run wild. We will keep a selection of fabric art supplies on hand if a Scout hasn’t created his dashing disguise and wants to bring a plain T-shirt and/or any other costume parts to camp to decorate.
