1 Welcome to 5th Grade’s Camp Chat

2 What do I need to know? Camp will be October 4-6, 2017.
Student cost is $230.00 covers camp, zip line, student insurance, meals, lodging, and transportation. Sky Ranches, Inc. offers an optional excess medical and accidental policy that can provide secondary coverage to the registered guests' personal insurance policy. This optional policy may pay usual and customary charges up to $1000 for medical and $5000 for accidents AFTER the guests' personal insurance pays as primary. It also has a maximum dental benefit of $250 per tooth injury. This assists our guests with deductibles and co-pays; however the primary policy holder is still responsible for any balances incurred. Please inform a Sky Ranch Coordinator immediately following any incident. They will provide you an incident report form to complete. If your group has elected to purchase the insurance, we will need to have the primary insurance information to file a claim. We may contact you for additional information. Incomplete incident reports will delay the filing of claims. Sky Ranch Video
