On the left side, SharePoint provides our confidential, FERPA compliant storage with full Microsoft Office functionality. Learning Management System (LMS) Canvas: Assignments Canvas: Modules canvas Google: Drive Canvas: Quizzes & Surveys Learning management systems (LMS) include file storage as well as tools to guide learning (e.g., assignments, discussions, modules/units, quizzes, surveys). Canvas is both an open source LMS (individual classroom usage) and a paid subscription, allowing learners to move between courses and projects. Canvas is linked to Power School, the ACES student information system. Therefore, all the logins, courses, and enrollments in Power School appear automatically in Canvas. Teachers may decide to push grades from Canvas back to Power School. Canvas interacts with Google for Education through the assignments and document sharing capabilities in Canvas.
