What could we do to improve?
More notice for events and trips/better communication x7 Include reception children in more whole school events Art and craft/language clubs x3 Better variety of lunches Explanation of learning language in home work e.g noun phrases Bring back Twitter x4 Homework links to classroom learning (we will be putting this on the website) Clubs available before school (speak to PSC) Forest school for older pupils More activities for pupils who finish work quickly Golden sweatshirt to every child in the year Put details of events that parents miss due to work on the website (we already do) Fruit at breakfast club x2

What could we do to improve?
More detailed marking of homework. Why is my child’s work good? More flexible timetables (maths and English mornings in KS1) Class awards at the end of term for a wider range of categories Signs for where pupils should line up? Tell pupils the importance of being on time for school What is FOB money spent on? Can pupils be benchmarked quicker? Advanced warning of class swap over day Create alternative dates for cancelled events Spread out home work (already 5 nights to complete it) Job share teachers both at parents’ evenings New report format for SEN pupils (planned for summer 2017) More challenge for pupils in class (there will have to be !)

School Results in 2016 The results of SATs tests taken in primary schools in England in 2016, should not be compared with previous years The tests have been made tougher and lower results should not be interpreted as a decline in performance by pupils. “Neither schools nor parents should try to compare this year's results with previous years. Behaviour and Responsibility
Responsibility for behaviour is collective Pupils are responsible for their own behaviour All staff living the caring, respectful and co-operative motto Assemblies and Circle Time reflect this Behaviour Support Staff group established Behaviour policy has been updated Golden Time new toys bought by FOB
