Introduction to Mrs. P I was born and raised in Detroit Michigan. There, I’ve earned an AA in Psychology. Shortly after, I decided I needed a change. So I moved across the country and began/continued my education at ASU. I graduated with a BS in Secondary Education with a concentration in Earth and Space Exploration. I absolutely love adventure! I love animals (except spiders) like to play games, be outdoors, go camping, travel… But what takes my heart and breath away are my 2 beautiful daughters. My oldest is 3 and just started taking gymnastics (cutest thing ever!) and my youngest is 1. She loves to “run” and she just said her first word, “kitty.” Click on link above to see webpage

Curriculum 8th Science is aligned not only with the National Science Education Standards, Arizona State Science Standards, and CUSD Science Standards. In Science, we strive for inquiry-based learning, using modeling, hands-on techniques.

Science Expectations Attendance: You can’t be successful if you’re not here! This is one of the most important aspects of your child’s education. Absences: Utilize Conference Periods and Tutoring!!!!!!! You have as many days absent to make up work. Daily Routine: Complete warm-up upon entering the room. Classwork and Homework: Iterates and practices newly learned concepts Composition book/Binder- Used for their warm-ups, lab work, and classroom notes. EVERYTHING should be stapled/attached (no lost papers! )

Donations TAX CREDIT: $400 maximum donation if filing JOINTLY. $200 maximum donation if filing SINGLE. You receive your donation amount as a TAX CREDIT on your Arizona State taxes.
